The executive team at Big Lots has a lot of experience in the legal and compliance field. Many of them have worked as partners at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, and one was even the SVP, General Counsel, Sec'y & Chief Compliance Officer at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. They all have a history of working in compliance-related positions and have received education from Duke University in History.
