Mike Rittberg

Mike Rittberg has a significant amount of experience in the music industry. Mike began their career at A&M as a Vice President and then moved on to Reprise/Warner Bros. as a Vice President of Promotions. Mike then joined Warner Bros. Records as a Senior Vice President in the Reprise division. In 2012, they transitioned to Universal Music Group as a General Manager. Mike later worked at Bill Silva Management as an Executive Vice President and General Manager. In 2017, they became the Executive Vice President of Label Operations at Big Machine Label Group. During this time, they also served on the Board of Directors for the Music Business Association. In 2018, they participated in the Leadership Music Graduate Class of 2019. Throughout their career, Rittberg has held various leadership roles within the music industry, showcasing their expertise and dedication to the field.
