Roxanne Gwillam-Kelly has a diverse work experience history. Roxanne started their career as a Social Secretary at the University of Nottingham Music Society, Mussoc in 2013. Roxanne then became the Publicity & Marketing Officer at the same organization from July 2014 to July 2015. Concurrently, from September 2014 to June 2015, Roxanne worked at The University of Nottingham as an Open Day/UCAS Open Day Student Ambassador for the Music Department. In 2015, they interned at The Digital Marketing Show for a brief period in November.

Roxanne joined Warren Evans in December 2015 as a Marketing Assistant Intern and later held the position of Local Marketing Executive from March 2016 to August 2016. Roxanne then became a Social Media Manager from June 2016 to September 2017 before assuming the role of Social Media and PR Manager from September 2017 to February 2018.

In 2018, Roxanne worked at Bespoke Music Tuition as a Peripatetic Music Tutor from May 2018 to March 2019. Simultaneously, they also worked at Oliver Bonas as a Store Team Member from November 2018 to May 2019.

Roxanne's experience in the music industry continued when they joined Universal Music Group in 2019 as an International Marketing Intern from May 2019 to November 2020. Roxanne later joined Big Machine International, still within Universal Music Group, where they worked as an International Marketing Assistant from January 2021 to December 2021. In April 2022, Roxanne became an International Junior Marketing Manager at Big Machine Label Group.

Roxanne Gwillam-Kelly completed their education at different institutions over the years. Roxanne first attended Highgate Wood Secondary School from 2005 to 2012, where they studied subjects such as Music, Spanish, Mathematics (A levels), and English Literature (AS level). Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Music at the University of Nottingham, which they completed from 2012 to 2015. Later on, they attended ICMP - The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Master's degree in Music Performance, General.
