Edvin Mako

Edvin Mako has a range of work experience in software engineering and development. Edvin worked as a Software Engineer at Big Network from May 2020, where they focused on developing and maintaining project applications for desktop and mobile platforms. This involved using frameworks such as Angular 12 and Electron for desktop applications and native Android and iOS for mobile applications.

Prior to that, Edvin worked as a Software Developer at Elysium Tech | IoT & AI driven spa from July 2019 to September 2020. In this role, they developed Xamarin Forms applications from scratch and optimized existing ones. Edvin collaborated closely with the backend and business analytics teams and implemented features like dynamic content loading.

Before that, Edvin was the Founder of Caiet Virtual from August 2018 to July 2019. Edvin developed the CMS from scratch using ReactJS and Redux, creating features such as user management, WYSIWYG editor, and general content management. Edvin also designed and developed the Android app using Java 8 and integrated various third-party services.

Additionally, Edvin worked as a Junior Android Developer at Mobilist from June 2018 to August 2018. Edvin contributed to the development of an application for controlling Philips HUE lamps, including implementing new features, fixing bugs, and improving UI based on provided guidelines.

Edvin Mako’s education history begins in 2016 when they enrolled in the Faculty of Informatics and Information Technologies at the Slovak University of Technology. Edvin pursued a Bachelor's degree and completed their studies in this field in 2019. The specific area of focus for their Bachelor's degree is not provided.

In 2020, Edvin participated in the ERASMUS Exchange Programme at the University of Bergen (UiB). This program allowed him to study and gain experience in the field of Computer Science for one year.
