Mike Lisitza

Mike Lisitza has nearly 16 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Mike most recently worked as the Director of Operations for Connecticut & Patriot Place at Big Night Entertainment Group. Prior to that, they held the role of Regional Manager at Patriot Place. Mike also served as the General Manager for Shrine Nightclub and Red Lantern at Big Night Entertainment Group.

Before joining Big Night Entertainment Group, Mike worked at Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas as the General Manager of Aura Nightclub and Assistant General Manager of Aura Nightclub. Mike also worked as the Director of Food and Beverage at Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs and as the Restaurant General Manager at Hard Rock Hotel Chicago.

Additionally, Mike has experience as a Manager at The Light Group, Moon Nightclub, and Palms Pool and Bungalows. Mike started their career at MGM Grand, where they worked as an Assistant General Manager at Wet Republic and as a Bar Manager at Studio 54.

Mike Lisitza attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they studied Hotel Administration with a focus on Beverage Management from 2000 to 2005.
