Grace Leigh Mitchell

Grace Leigh Mitchell is an experienced business professional with a diverse background in real estate investment, retail management, and property management. As an Investing Partner at C&G Leasing LLC since 2009, Grace has contributed to the development and renovation of over 40 properties in NE Kansas. In addition, Grace has co-owned Big O Tires since 2018 and served as President of Balanced Property Management from 2014 to 2022, where emphasis was placed on the value of rental property investments. Prior experience includes the role of President at Gracie B., a women's lifestyle brand, and various positions at Payless Shoe Source, including Associate Buyer and International Merchandise Distribution Planner. Grace began a career at Target Corporation as a Group Leader, managing a distribution team. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration from Washburn University and a BA in Communications Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by a study abroad experience at the University of Cambridge.
