Having joined us in 2019 as project director, Raya has brought her extensive experience of business transformation and change management initiatives.

Her specialisation in technical and complex software projects is being put to great use running the biggest and most comprehensive change management program BIG has ever done internally, covering all aspects of the way we work and the tools we use.

Raya works closely with every area of the business, from finance and digital, to design and development to ensure the best results on any project.
