Maddi Robins has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Maddi started their career as an HR Generalist at 3M, where they handled recruitment, training, union negotiations, and performance management. Maddi then worked as an HR Advisor at Ticketmaster, supporting management teams and implementing HR strategies. Later, Maddi joined Talent2 as an Internal Recruitment Advisor before moving to Groupon as an HR Manager for the APAC region. At Groupon, they managed all aspects of HR, including employee engagement, talent development, and policy implementation. Maddi then joined Danone Nutricia as an HR Manager, supporting a team of senior leaders and managers. After that, Maddi worked at RedBalloon as Head of Employee Experience, focusing on customer, supplier, and employee experiences. Currently, they are Chief People Officer at Big Red Group, where they are responsible for strategic HR, organization optimization, and coaching executive leaders. Maddi has also been recognized for their work, and their previous companies have been highly engaged workplaces.

Maddi Robins attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Criminology and Sociology.
