Simon Trevaskis

Simon Trevaskis has extensive work experience in product design and management. Simon currently holds the position of Head of Product Design at Big Red Group since 2023. Prior to this, they were a Founding Member of the Silicon Valley Blockchain Society (SVBS) from 2018. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Head of Product at roomor, a realtech platform specializing in affordable housing. Simon was also the Executive Manager at Dyne Family Office from 2021 to 2023, where they co-managed a large portfolio of real estate and private business assets. Simon has experience in digital product design and management as well, having worked at Desidev Digital as a Digital Product Designer & Product Manager from 2020 to 2023. Simon previously held the position of Head of Product at Appellon from 2020 to 2021, where they worked on solving the problem of culture adjustment in workplaces during the pandemic. Simon was also the Head of Product & CTO at The Real Thing from 2019 to 2020, focusing on IoT technology integration for food product authenticity. Prior to these roles, they worked at Bankai as a Product Director & Digital Designer from 2016 to 2019, and at EBusiness Consultants as a Product Director & Digital Product Designer from 2004 to 2016.

Simon Trevaskis completed their Bachelor of Business Communications degree in Marketing/Advertising from Bond University from 1997 to 1999. Simon then pursued a Masters in Electronic Commerce in the field of EBusiness at the same university in 2001. In 2011, Simon obtained a TOGAF9 Enterprise Architecture degree from Enterprise Architects. Lastly, in 2019, they completed a course on Agile Product Owner/Product Manager SAFe with a focus on Lean Agile Information System at the University of Sydney.
