Darren Sutherland

Darren Sutherland is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in logistics and team management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Big Rock Sports since November 2022, Darren previously held various roles, including Inbound Operations at Staples from July 2019 to November 2022, and Operations Management Specialist at Ross Stores, Inc. from July 2017 to July 2019, where creation of effective training and performance assessment strategies was key. Earlier experience includes serving as Local Delivery Center Manager at hhgregg and Distribution, Fulfillment, Shipping and Mailing Supervisor at OEM, where management of a large distribution center and significant account growth was achieved. Darren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Broward College.
