Marisa Beltran

Marisa Beltran has extensive experience in people operations and consulting. Marisa began their career as a People Ops Coordinator at Christine Mathews Consulting, a OneDigital Company, in November 2017, where they worked until April 2019. Marisa then took on the role of People Operations Specialist at the same company from May 2019 to May 2021. Marisa then transitioned to the role of People Operations Generalist from June 2021, and later became the People Operations Manager in January 2022 at the same company.

In addition to their work at Christine Mathews Consulting, Marisa has held various consultant positions in the biotech industry. From February 2020 to June 2022, they worked as a People Operations Consultant for Amunix Pharmaceuticals, Applied Molecular Transport, and IDEAYA Biosciences. Marisa also worked as a People Operations Consultant at BioAge Labs starting in October 2021.

More recently, Marisa has taken on consultant roles at various companies. Marisa joined Synapticure Inc. as a People Ops Consultant in February 2022 and left in October 2022. Marisa then worked as a People Ops Consultant at Triplebar from July 2022. Marisa is currently a People Ops Consultant at Supergut, and they will begin a new role as a People Ops Consultant at AusperBio in March 2023.

Marisa Beltran attended the University of Oregon from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Spanish. In addition to their academic pursuits, they obtained certifications as a Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports & Medicine in February 2015 and as a Group Fitness Instructor from ACE in March 2013.
