Cole Spiess has a diverse and extensive work experience in the design field. Cole started their career as a Graphic Design Intern at the Weisman Art Museum in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Freelance Designer at Zeus Jones Ltd. where they created a visual brand language for Totino's Pizza Rolls. Cole then joined Colle McVoy as an Associate Interactive Designer, where they worked until 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Cole worked at 10 Thousand Design as an Interactive Designer, collaborating on various projects for global brands such as Target, Invisalign, and Land O'Lakes. Cole then moved to Latitude | Brand Experience Design | Social Enterprise as a Designer, where they worked until 2020.

In 2020, Cole joined Target as a Digital Content Designer, working on designing digital content for the company. Cole then moved to LiveArea in 2021, where they held the position of Art Director until 2022.

Currently, Cole is working at Big Spaceship as a Senior Designer, a role they have been in since February 2022. Throughout their career, they have developed strong design skills and worked with notable clients such as Nike, Purina, and General Mills.

Cole Spiess attended the University of Minnesota from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design.
