Kianna Hudgins

Kianna Hudgins has a strong background in recruitment and account management. Kianna began their career as a Lead Housing Service Center Assistant at the University of Oregon, where they displayed exceptional customer service skills and managed confidential information. Kianna then transitioned to Allen Hall Advertising as an Account Manager, overseeing client needs and building relationships within the advertising process. Kianna gained further experience at Deutsch as an Assistant Account Executive, where they managed client communications, tracked finances, and completed competitive analysis reports. Kianna then joined Northwestern Mutual, first as a Recruiting & Sourcing Coordinator, responsible for identifying and sourcing qualified candidates, and later as a full-cycle Recruiter, conducting interviews and optimizing recruitment strategies. Kianna currently works for Big Spaceship as a Recruiter, where they manage full-cycle recruitment and oversees the internship program. Kianna is skilled in building relationships, coordinating appointments, and maintaining consistent communication with all parties involved.
