Hiba P began their career in 2021 as a Human Resources Intern at Kenan Management Consultants Pvt Ltd. In 2022, they joined Gritstone Technologies as a Recruiter, where they designed and implemented overall recruiting strategies, developed and updated job descriptions and job specifications, sourced and recruited candidates, screened resumes and job applications, conducted interviews, assessed applicants' knowledge, skills, and aptitudes, onboarded new employees, monitored and applied HR recruiting best practices, and performed reference and background checks.

Hiba P obtained a Bachelor's degree in Functional English from JDT ISLAM ARTS & SCIENCE COLLEGE, VELLIMADUKUNNU between 2016 and 2019. In 2019, they began pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing and Human Resources at Farook Institute of Management Studies, which they are expected to complete in 2021. In February 2023, they also obtained a Process Badge: CCPA Certified from Vensure Employer Services.
