SVP, People & Culture at Big Spaceship

Kristin Daversa started their work experience in 1998 as an Account Supervisor at Young & Rubicam Advertising. Kristin then worked as a Recruiting/HR Consultant at Arthur Rose Associates in 2003. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Recruiter at MSL New York. Kristin then joined Condé Nast Publications as a Talent Acquisition Manager from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they served as the HR Director, Training & Development at MSLGROUP Americas. In 2013, they became the Vice President, Human Resources at News Corp. Kristin then worked at Huge, starting as the Talent & Employee Engagement Director from 2014 to 2016. Subsequently, they became the VP, Talent from 2016 to 2018 and later served as the GVP, Talent from 2018 to 2018. Currently, they are employed at Big Spaceship as the SVP, People & Culture since 2019.

Kristin Daversa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from the NYU Stern School of Business. Kristin has not obtained any additional certifications, including the Hogan Leadership Development Assessment.
