Sarah Swan

Sarah Swan, MPA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture for the Utah Jazz and the Utah Hockey Club. Prior positions include Vice President of People & Culture at the Utah Jazz and Director of Human Resources & Administrative Services for Weber County. Sarah's prior experience encompasses roles as Human Resources Manager at AgReserves, Inc., and Human Resources Business Partner for the Americas Region at Amer Sports Corporation. Furthermore, Sarah has a background in administrative support as an Executive Assistant at the Las Vegas Valley Water District and as Human Resources/Office Manager at Millennium Management. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Washington State University.
