Leigh Healey has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Leigh is currently employed at The Walt Disney Studios as an Integrated Marketing & Synergy Specialist, where they focus on digital and social media initiatives to promote Disney releases. Leigh collaborates with network partners and manages promotions with external networks to drive awareness and engagement.

In addition, Leigh works as a Social Media Manager & Content Creator for their personal brand, @leighannhealey. Leigh creates and shares lifestyle-related content to promote self-confidence and positivity. Leigh has also been a brand ambassador for Aerie and has collaborated with various brands to increase awareness and engagement.

Leigh's previous experience includes working as a Creative Council Panelist at Big Spaceship and as a Digital Marketing Strategy Coordinator at Walt Disney Television. In these roles, they launched marketing campaigns, managed content calendars, and leveraged social data to enhance fan engagement.

Before that, Leigh worked as a Social Media Coordinator at Ignition, where they managed content calendars and engaged with fan communities across social media platforms. Leigh also developed a new internal social strategy and contributed creative ideas and insights for digital pitches.

Leigh's early career includes roles as a Marketing Strategist at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, where they developed strategies for social postings and optimized the Disney Water Park website. Leigh also worked as a member of the Disney College Program, receiving recognition for their exceptional work.

Prior to joining Disney, Leigh worked as a Social Media Planner at Form & Function Marketing. Leigh partnered with new business owners to develop marketing plans and received an award for their work on a social media campaign.

Leigh Healey has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Facebook & Instagram, Instagram Ad Formats from Facebook, and YouTube Creative Essentials from Google in April 2019.
