Thomas believes in taking a collaborative approach when developing a business plan that ultimately leads to long-term success.

As a funding manager for Big Think Capital, Thomas works with small business owners to create solutions for their business needs. He enjoys learning about each client’s unique circumstances and takes pride in developing action plans that result in his clients achieving their goals. At the core of his philosophy, Thomas believes in taking a collaborative approach when developing a business plan that ultimately leads to long-term success.

Prior to his current role, Thomas was a Private Mortgage Banker for Wells Fargo where he was responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships in order to generate business opportunities through his assigned bank branch. Thomas has a bachelor of science in business administration with a major in finance from the John Chambers College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University.
