Carleta Miller, MS/I-O, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. Carleta has held roles such as Senior Director of People & Culture at Big Thought, Human Resources Generalist at Arlington ISD, and Human Resources Business Partner at DHL eCommerce. Additionally, they served as Chief People Officer at Texas Neighborhood Services, Director of Human Resources at MedSurg Specialty Devices, Inc, and Regional Human Resources Manager at Concentra Inc.
