MacIej Lach

Maciej Lach is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at big xyt since February 2016. Prior to this role, Maciej was the Owner of EXTARE from February 2016 to November 2018 and held the position of Senior Software Engineer at DEVnet High Performance Solutions Sp. z o.o. from July 2011 to January 2016, where responsibilities included managing a team of software engineers and introducing software development processes. Earlier career highlights include leading product development and improving software processes as Team Leader at Symagon, working as a Software Engineer at Siemens and Osmosys Technologies focusing on network management tools and Set Top Box applications, and completing an internship at Advanced Digital Broadcast. Maciej holds a Master's degree in Computer Science, specializing in Software Engineering, from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, attained in 2006.
