Assaf Moyal

Assaf Moyal has a diverse work experience in various data analyst roles. Assaf currently serves as the Data Analyst Team Lead at Bigabid, where they have been since 2021. In this role, Assaf is responsible for designing and executing the analytics infrastructure from scratch and building analytical self-serve solutions for campaign analysts and clients.

Prior to Bigabid, Assaf worked at WeissBeerger from 2019 to 2021. Assaf initially served as a Data Analyst before being promoted to the role of Data Analyst Team Lead. During their time at WeissBeerger, Assaf worked in a fast-paced environment, using AWS services, Python, machine learning, and statistical analysis to deliver insightful answers to product managers and stakeholders. Assaf also built data pipelines, designed data lakes, and developed product elements using Python.

In addition to their roles in the data analyst field, Assaf also worked as an Instructor at Jolt.io from March 2021 to August 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Product Analyst at CrazyLabs from 2018 to 2020. In this role, Assaf analyzed behavioral data, conducted A/B tests, and played a key role in developing a vision for business analytics within the organization.

Before joining CrazyLabs, Assaf worked as a Data Analyst at G-STAT, where they handled various projects for Bank Igud and the G-Cloud division. Assaf worked with large-scale databases, wrote complex SQL queries, and collaborated with senior management and business users to define and design BI tasks.

Assaf's earlier work experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at a fashion retailer, where they built and maintained Excel dashboards and reports for executives and various departments.

Assaf Moyal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Open University of Israel, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Assaf also holds a certification as a Data scientist with R, which they obtained from DataCamp in November 2017.
