About the role 🚀 Location: London

The Team Lead AE will define and implement the sales strategy in the UK: managing a team of 2x SDRs, closing deals of small/medium/large sizes, ensuring the onboarding of new merchants with the AM, as well as owning our UK sales performance.

✍️ Tasks

  • Evaluate the qualified leads generated by the Sales, the Partnership and the Marketing teams
  • Understand the needs of customers, and demonstrate our value proposition to C-Level Execs
  • Build business proposals with the Operations team, and manage negotiations with customers
  • Support the Onboarding and Account Management team, until the first orders have been sent
  • Monitor sales performance, and identify improvement areas in lead generation or deal closing

💪 Competencies

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales : Lead generation, Deal closing, Onboarding acceleration
  • Previous experience selling a complex product or service, preferably an E-commerce Product
  • Consistent track record exceeding individual targets (Bonus for helping others achieve theirs)
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to close deals, or improve our operations
  • EN proficiency. Ability to think strategically and act tactically. Data-driven & process-oriented

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in order to achieve our Business Plan
  • Build processes to optimise our sales operations, and share best practices with FR / ES teams
  • Be the voice of the UK market, identifying and prioritising product / operational improvements
  • Be the face of Bigblue, attending main e-Commerce events to meet with Brands and Partners
  • Manage the UK Sales team, and coordinate the Growth, the Partnership, the Marketing teams
