Lourdes Cano

Lourdes Cano currently serves as the Responsable de Formación y Desarrollo at BigBuy, leading the creation of the BigBuy Academy, which aims to enhance customer trust and provide tailored educational content. Previously, Lourdes held multiple roles at GRUPO ROTONDA, including Head of Hospitality, Training and Developer People Manager, and Brand Ambassador. Lourdes also served as Group CEO at ARLUMI RENOVABLES SL, overseeing communication strategies, brand positioning, accounting, and human resources management. Lourdes holds a degree in Relaciones laborales y RRHH from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha and is pursuing further education in marketing services and human resources development.
