Charles Ho

Charles Ho is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in the eCommerce and digital services sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at BigCommerce since February 2018, Charles leads efforts on Cart and Checkout features, including APIs and SDKs, while empowering merchants on the platform. Previously, Charles worked at QBE Insurance as a Product Manager - Digital, focusing on customer self-service solutions, and at OzForex as a Product Manager overseeing partnerships and mobile app enhancements.
