Richard Jackson

Richard Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and e-commerce. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Agency Partnerships for EMEA at BigCommerce since October 2024, Richard previously held key positions including Director of New Business Development and Managing Director for the Retail Portfolio at Inviqa from May 2016 to October 2024. Richard co-founded Session Digital, transforming it into the UK's largest Magento implementation partner, and also served as Managing Director at Leftfield Digital Ltd, where notable projects included a Webby Award-winning initiative. Early career roles include founding Context Partners Ltd, pioneering digital marketing in the FMCG sector, and significant positions at Marketing Drive and Data by Design. Richard holds an MSc in Audio Engineering from the University of Essex and a BEng in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick.
