Todd Bigcommerce

Todd Wallace is an experienced professional in customer success and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at BigCommerce since April 2015. In this role, Todd leads customer relationship management and retention strategies, significantly enhancing client satisfaction for a prominent SaaS provider. Todd also utilizes data analytics to identify trends, optimize product usage, and drive strategic improvements, resulting in better customer experiences and outcomes. Prior to BigCommerce, Todd worked at Harte Hanks from May 2010 to April 2015 as a Support Team Lead, overseeing Server Tech Support Technicians for Enterprise UPS Customers. Todd is an alumnus of the College of Southern Nevada.
