Kathy Shea

Kathy Shea possesses extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Bigelow Tea since September 2015. Prior to this role, Kathy held various leadership positions at Beiersdorf Inc, including Vice President of Supply Chain for North America and Vice President of Manufacturing from September 2002 to June 2015. Earlier career highlights include Senior Director of Operations Planning and Director of Purchasing at Clairol, where Kathy worked from May 1999 to June 2002 and from March 1994 to September 1998, respectively. Kathy holds an MBA from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
