Elizabeth Wiggins

Elizabeth Wiggins is a skilled Management Consultant and GIS Practitioner with extensive experience in geospatial data management. At Bigen Africa since September 2015, Elizabeth has served as the KZN Data Custodian for the Department of Water Affairs, overseeing various geodatabase management tasks, establishing GIS standards, and managing projects related to the Universal Access Plan and Water Services Development Plan. Previously, at Black Balance Projects, Elizabeth launched the GIS Division, providing essential support services across multiple engineering and planning units, while also ensuring efficient data management and system implementation. Earlier experience as a GIS Controller at Stedone Developments involved overseeing large-scale geospatial projects and system management. Elizabeth Wiggins holds a GIS Diploma from Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg.
