Desni Shilling

Desni Shilling is an experienced professional in the performing arts and education sectors, currently serving as a Senior Coach at MEGA CAMPS LTD since February 2024 and as a Bigfoot Educator at Bigfoot Arts Education since July 2023. In addition, Desni has held the position of Casual Host at Harlow Playhouse since May 2023 and works as a Freelance Facilitator with One Day Creative since September 2022. A recent role as Camp Assistant at Bishop's Stortford College included responsibilities focused on Musical Theatre. Previous experience includes functioning as a Community Keyworker for ADVANCE charity from July 2021 to September 2022 and serving as a Maths Tutor for MyTutor.co.uk between February 2021 and September 2022. Early career experience includes a Customer Service Assistant role at Wilko from September 2016 to August 2018. Desni graduated with a degree in Applied Theatre and Community Drama, specializing in Drama Facilitation, from The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts in 2021.
