Julia Ring

Julia Ring is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in healthcare, education, and customer service. Currently serving as a Patient Care Assistant at Surgery Center of Kalamazoo, LLC since March 2021, Julia plays a vital role in preparing patients for surgery and assisting in their recovery. Concurrently, Julia holds the position of MHEAL Project Lead at the University of Michigan, focusing on developing assistive products for children with Cerebral Palsy in Bangladesh. Julia's experience also includes serving as a notetaker for students with disabilities, tutoring calculus, and leading a shift at BIGGBY Coffee. Previous roles include community outreach officer for Alpha Chi Sigma Fraternity, support staff at Erbelli's Gourmet Pizzeria, research assistant at Lawrence Lab, administrative assistant at The Barton Group of Michigan, and human resources intern at Humphrey Products. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Michigan and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Portage Central High School.
