Leading the business of our office in Brussels and directly reporting to the Managing Director, you will be in charge of: • Provide strong leadership to a diverse team (7 people) , fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. • Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members. • Develop and implement the business strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives. • Identify new market opportunities and lead efforts to expand the business. • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. • Use market insights to make informed business decisions and adapt strategies as needed. • Drive innovation and the development of new products or services to meet evolving customer needs. • Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. • Address customer feedback and concerns, working to continuously improve offerings. • Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless operations and alignment with company goals. • Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
