Emily Cunningham

Emily Cunningham is an Associate Attorney at Bighorn Law, specializing in the pre-litigation phase of claims since March 2023. Prior to this role, Emily served as a Judicial Law Clerk at Las Vegas Justice Court from July 2017 to March 2023, working with Judges Melissa Saragosa, Cynthia Cruz, and Melisa De La Garza. Emily holds a Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada-Las Vegas, obtained in 2017, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, earned in 2014.
