Babatunde Fawibe is the Training and Agent Onboarding Manager at BigiBet. Babatunde was previously the Product Owner at BetKing Nigeria from November 2017 to October 2020. In this role, they closed the gap between stakeholders, third party suppliers, operational requirements and the tech/dev teams by handling product requirements from inception up until delivery, through testing, look and feel, evaluation and validation. Babatunde also took a hands-on lead on the continuous development of the product together with all stakeholders in the company.

Other responsibilities included market research and product viability planning, tracking product development and timelines, assessing user feedback and leading initiatives for product adjustments to grow the user base and overall user satisfaction. Babatunde also provided training and product demos, assisted in developing new products and constantly upgraded existing ones for enhanced customer satisfaction and increased profit generation. In addition, they resolved queries that arose from the retail virtual Satellite provider, offered the highest degree of know-how within the business across all product verticals, and effectively managed the product backlog and development roadmap.

Fawibe has a proven track record of successful product management and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. Babatunde is an expert in release and change management, reproducing bugs and liaising with developers to resolve them via Jira. Babatunde is also skilled in compiling release notes and developing training manuals aimed at internal and external business users.
