Heather Kuhn

Heather Kuhn is an accomplished legal professional specializing in privacy and cybersecurity law, currently serving as Senior Privacy Counsel at BigID since August 2025. Heather is also a member of the Special Committee on Artificial Intelligence and Technology with the State Bar of Georgia, focusing on updating legal conduct rules to incorporate technological advancements.
