John Ainhirn-Williams

John Ainhirn-Williams is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in systems consulting, support engineering, and service delivery. Currently serving as a Senior Service Delivery Engineer at BigID since June 2020, John oversees solution deployments and ensures customer success during implementation projects. Previously, John held senior support roles at Refinitiv and Technocats, as well as key engineering positions at Banque Du Bois AG, Nokia Siemens Networks, Siemens AG, and others, contributing to significant advancements in system architecture and service integration. John holds a BSC Eng in Marine Engineering from the University of Liverpool, complemented by foundational education from Yscol John Bright Llandudno and Urmston Grammar School.
