Kenn Thompson

Kenn Thompson is an experienced technology professional currently serving as an Escalations Engineer at BigID since May 2023. Prior to this position, Thompson worked for QAT Global as a Solution Architect for eight years, where responsibilities included directing technology applications for a fully SOA architecture. Previous roles included Enterprise Architect at GiftCertificates.com, Senior Systems Analyst at Tenaska Marketing Ventures, and Senior Software Architect at Bass & Associates, Inc. Thompson also has a background as a Paramedic/Firefighter with the City of Bellevue Fire Department and military service in the United States Air Force. Educational qualifications include certifications in Scrum and EMS Instruction, alongside a degree in Computer Programming from Metro Community College.
