Stephen Gatchell

Stephen Gatchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data strategy, information governance, and analytics. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Data Advisory at BigID since May 2022, Stephen leads the development of the Advisory Services division, focusing on data, security, and privacy consulting. At EDM Council, Stephen is the Special Interest Group Lead, defining frameworks for data products. Previous roles include Head of Data Enablement at Bose Corporation and Enterprise Data Strategist at Dell, where Stephen developed enterprise information governance strategies and contributed to advanced analytics initiatives. An innovative leader, Stephen holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and two degrees from Northeastern University.
