David Kubarycz

David Kubarycz has a diverse work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. David currently holds the position of VP of Engineering at Bigleaf Networks, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Sr. Software Engineering Manager at the same company from August to December 2022. Before joining Bigleaf Networks, David worked at L3Harris Technologies from 2012 to 2022, where they held the roles of Software Engineering Manager from 2018 to 2022 and Software Engineering Lead from 2012 to 2022.

David Kubarycz received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2008 to 2012. David then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2016. Furthermore, David has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in March 2022, the Management Leadership Training Program from Aerospace Industries Association in June 2020, and the Earned Value Management (EVM) from Windward Project Management LLC in July 2019. In addition, they are a Certified LeSS Practitioner from Scrum Alliance in July 2018, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in December 2017, and an ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile in December 2017. The additional certifications include CORBA Development Using ORBexpress for C++ from Objective Interface Systems, Inc., Rocket-Project Management from Harris Corporation, and SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
