Tessa Ricci

Tessa Ricci has over six years of professional experience. Tessa began their career in 2014 as an Intern for KIPP DC's Capital Teaching Residency. In 2015, they joined IDEO as a Business Development Associate and Portfolio Coordinator. In 2018, they founded and served as the Executive Director of Liberty Improv Theater, a company dedicated to cultivating authenticity, spreading positivity, and sparking creativity in individuals and communities. In 2019, they became the Director of Communications & Engagement at Be a Part of the Conversation. Currently, they are the Director of Enterprise Customer Success, Sr. Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and Virtual Event Producer at BigMarker.

Tessa Ricci attended Northwestern University, where they earned a B.S. in Education and Social Policy with a field of study in Human Development and Psychological Services.
