Kimberly Tan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kimberly joined BigPay | Challenge Banking in 2021 as a Graduate Associate, Customer Happiness, where they provided support to users and offered solutions to their inquiries. In the same year, they worked at Linde as part of the Human Resource Management team, successfully recruiting interns for different departments. Prior to that, Kimberly held multiple roles at AIESEC, including President of AIESEC in Penang, where they led a team and focused on leadership development through global exchanges. Kimberly also served as the Head of Volunteering Project and Head of Talent Management, overseeing projects impacting the Penang community and focusing on people development.

Furthermore, Kimberly worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Kitacon Sdn Bhd, where they performed measuring calculations for building elements, and as a Sales Assistant at Universal Traveller Shop Sdn Bhd, where they recommended winter wear and travel accessories to customers. Overall, Kimberly has demonstrated their abilities in customer service, HR management, leadership, project management, and quantity surveying throughout their various work experiences.

Kimberly Tan attended Universiti Sains Malaysia from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying.
