Noor Iyraputri binti Ibrahim has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2017, Noor worked at Lane Community College as an International Student Peer Mentor, where they provided academic support, facilitated student sessions during orientation, and served as a resource for conflict management.

In 2019, they joined the Malaysian Student Association (PERSISMA) as a Creative Director, leading advertising and marketing efforts and overseeing creative projects. Noor Iyraputri binti also mentored interns and helped them develop job application skills.

From 2019 to 2020, Noor worked at the Minnesota Daily as a Human Resources Intern and Community Outreach Intern. In these roles, they managed HR databases, assisted in planning and executing HR events, and produced a project on implementing a virtual welcome orientation for new employees.

Moving on to the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Minnesota, Noor held multiple roles starting in 2019. Noor Iyraputri binti worked as an Office Assistant/Peer Advisor, where they implemented student orientation and registration activities and maintained student records. Noor Iyraputri binti also served as a CLA International Student Consultant, creating content for over 300 international students and analyzing qualitative data for team planning. Additionally, Noor was an Orientation Presenter/Facilitator, leading informational presentations and facilitating conversations on transition issues.

In 2021, Noor joined the International Student and Scholar Services as an International Student Peer Mentor, where they tracked student progress and collaborated with a cohort of peer mentors.

Most recently, Noor worked at RIA PR Sdn Bhd as an Administrative Assistant from 2022 to 2023.

Noor's latest work experience, starting in 2023, is with BigPay as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Overall, Noor has gained experience in talent acquisition, administrative support, international student mentoring, human resources, creative direction, and event coordination throughout their professional journey.

Noor Iyraputri binti Ibrahim began their education journey in 2011 when they enrolled in SMK (P) Sri Aman, where they obtained their High School Diploma in the field of Art/Art Studies General in 2015. After completing high school, Noor Iyraputri binti Ibrahim went on to study at Lane Community College from 2016 to 2018, earning an Associates of Arts Oregon Transfer degree with a focus on Psychology.

In 2019, Noor Iyraputri binti Ibrahim enrolled at the University of Minnesota, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Noor Iyraputri binti simultaneously pursued a Minor in Mass Communication/Media Studies, which they completed in 2021. Noor Iyraputri binti Ibrahim continued their studies at the University of Minnesota until 2022, completing their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Additionally, Noor Iyraputri binti Ibrahim has obtained several certifications to enhance their education. In 2018, they obtained the Master Certified Mentor, Level III certification from the College Reading & Learning Association. In 2021, they obtained the Social/Behavioral or Humanist Research Investigators and Key Personnel certification from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY.
