Jennifer DuBose - Lombard

Jennifer DuBose-Lombard has over 20 years of experience in the construction equipment rental business. Jennifer began their career in 1998 as the Owner, President, and CCO of Lizzy Lift, Inc. in Elmhurst, Illinois. During their tenure, they managed the company and drove industry national and international partnerships, brand, and experience as an industry impact player. Jennifer also established short and long-term goals, plans, and strategies, grew the company by 53.2% in 2019, and led the successful merger of Lizzy Lift and BigRentz in 2020. In 2020, they transitioned to Senior Vice President of National Accounts at BigRentz, Inc. In both roles, they oversaw, mentored, trained, and developed teams to provide service excellence and outstanding customer service while driving significant growth. Jennifer also had a forward-thinking attitude that took full advantage of emerging equipment and technologies, ensured, drove, and tracked strong reporting and ROI for shareholders, and was a strategic leader and manager in evaluating cross-functional decisions. Jennifer has a gifted and focused in business development and people and has received multiple career awards.

Jennifer DuBose-Lombard attended Wayland Academy from 1985 to 1988. Jennifer then attended Colby-Sawyer College from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.). During their time at Colby-Sawyer College, they also attended Bradley University from 1989 to 1991, studying Business.
