Lucia Damberg

Lucia Damberg is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and customer service, primarily in the outdoor sports and retail industries. Currently serving as the Mountain Sports Business Manager at Big Sky Resort since November 2015, Lucia coordinates ski school lessons and manages interactions between instructors and guests. Previous roles include Ski Tech at Ski Butlers and Seasonal Assistant Manager at Bodins Inc, where responsibilities encompassed employee training, inventory management, and customer service. Lucia also has experience in sustainable practices, having worked as a Bike Shop Technician at Willamette University and participated in youth gardening initiatives with Marion-Polk Food Share and the YMCA.
