Mj Matute

MJ Matute has held various roles in their work experience. From November 2012 to September 2019, they worked at Big Sky Resort, initially starting as an HR Lead Generalist. In this role, they managed the receptionist area and collaborated in all aspects of the employee life cycle process. They also assisted with special events/projects related to the hiring process and traveled internationally for recruitment and hiring of J1 students. In September 2019, they were promoted to the position of Director of Talent and Culture at Big Sky Resort. Additionally, from August 2017 to September 2019, they worked as a Jewelry Apprentice at Ari O Jewelry Design.

MJ Matute obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de Lima.
