Balaji Varadarajan

Balaji Varadarajan has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Balaji currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at BigTapp Pte Ltd since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at SmartMegh Solutions Pvt Ltd from June 2014 to September 2020. Balaji also served as an HR Officer at CITY UNION BANK from April 2012 to April 2014. Balaji's earlier experience includes working as a Financial Analyst at Deutsche Bank from September 2010 to March 2012 and as a Business Analyst at A PLUS ENTERPRISES from September 2008 to August 2010.

Balaji Varadarajan began their education at RSK Hr Sec School, where they completed their H.S.C degree in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science from 1990 to 2004. Balaji then pursued a Bachelor's degree in TECH- IT&MANAGEMENT from SASTRA UNIVERSITY between 2004 and 2008. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they attended Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, earning a Master's degree in Human Resource. In addition to their formal education, Balaji has obtained certifications in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in 2020 and Human Resource Management from Madras Management Association in 2009.
