Narasimhan Partha has over 35 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Narasimhan is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at BigTapp Pte Ltd, where they focus on building a skilled workforce and utilizing data-driven strategies to provide value to customers. Previously, they worked as the Group CTO at DirectAsia Insurance and as the CTO at FWD Insurance (Singapore), where they were responsible for stabilizing IT infrastructure, ensuring data harmonization, and making key decisions. Before that, they held the position of General Manager at NTT DATA FA Insurance Systems and served as the Co-Founder and Country Head at Ibexi Solutions. Additionally, they have experience in delivery management and domain consulting roles at Apex Technologies Pte Ltd and Insyst Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. respectively. Partha started their career as an Underwriter and Claims Handler at The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd.

Narasimhan Partha earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Commerce, Accounts & Economics from Vivekananda College in Chennai between 1985 and 1988. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Associate of Insurance Institute of India from the Insurance Institute of India.
