Astria Badal

Astria Badal is an Aspirant HR Professional and HRM Student at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences since September 2019. Experience includes roles as a bijlesdocent at Bijles Aan Huis, where Astria supports the personal progress of primary school students in subjects such as mathematics and language, and as an HR intern at Start People, responsible for telephone screening of candidates, administrative tasks, and copywriting. Previous HR internship experience includes work at Van Leeuwen Catering, focusing on onboarding processes and administrative duties. Early in career, Astria worked as a kassamedewerkster at Albert Heijn, assisting customers and ensuring cleanliness in the store. Astria is pursuing a degree in Human Resources Development at De Haagse Hogeschool, expected to graduate in 2023.
