Rob van Rijs

Rob van Rijs has extensive experience in project management and preparation within the construction industry. Currently serving as Projectmanager and Projectcoördinator at BIK Bouw since January 2017, Rob previously held the position of Werkvoorbereider at BOEG from January 2016 to January 2017, where engagement included a detachment at New Main B. V. Prior roles also include Werkvoorbereider at BAM Woningbouw for a decade, focusing on renovation and maintenance projects. Rob started as VIP at Vitae Bouw Rotterdam, with detachment assignments at Janssen de Jong and Volker Bouwmaatschappij, and served as Assistent werkvoorbereider and assistent uitvoerder at Janssen de Jong Bouw Hengelo. Early in the career, Rob completed several internships at Van Wijnen Groep NV and Bouw- en aannemingsmaatschappij Wouters BV during MBO and HBO studies, which laid the foundation for a robust career in construction project management. Rob holds a Bachelor of Built Environment in Bouwkunde from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
