Currently serving as a Senior Food Technologist at Happilo International Pvt Ltd since January 2022, Dr. Rathod previously held similar roles at Kaarya Natural Pvt Ltd and Wholesome Habit Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included idea generation, product development, production planning, and vendor management. Dr. Rathod's academic background includes a PhD in Food Engineering and Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology, where contributions were made as both a Senior Research Scholar and Research Scholar, focusing on industrial and academic projects.
