Manigandan Ramesh

Manigandan Ramesh has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Manigandan is currently the Head of Business Excellence at Bikano since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Advisor at Guidepoint Global, LLC starting in September 2020. Manigandan also has experience in business excellence at Haldiram Foods International Ltd from January to May 2021. Manigandan held the position of Head Strategy Business Development at K.V. Spices India Private Limited from September to December 2020. Manigandan's longest tenure was at DS Group where they served as the Head of Strategy Business Development for almost a decade from December 2010 to August 2020. Before that, they worked as a Supply Chain Manager at Radiant Polymers Pvt Ltd from July 2009 to November 2010, and as an Assistant Manager Production Planning Control at both Motherson Sumi Sytems from August 2008 to July 2009 and Orient Craft Limited from September 2005 to August 2008. Manigandan began their career as a Sales/Service/Production Executive at Saurer from August 2003 to August 2005.

Manigandan Ramesh completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management-Executive from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University between 1999 and 2003.
